New Year’s resolutions are exciting, but fleeting. Habits last and can change your life. In this two hour workshop you will learn the specific formula for creating long lasting habits, how forming new habits adds purpose and calm to your daily life, and why challenges to keep consistent are a design flaw, not a human flaw. I will also be sharing personal stories and reflections on how habits have impacted my life, including some of my favourite habits and rituals.
