Vision Boards.
Whenever I feel a new vision or version of me on the rise I create a vision board. It sits in my nook. It’s the first thing I see every morning and the last thing I see before I go to sleep. When I look at it, I feel something deeply. I choose pictures that evoke a feeling in me. A feeling that I don’t want to forget.
It’s a way of bringing my vision into reality. Of seeing it in physical form. And then a way of remembering it. Remembering who I am. Who I am becoming. What’s important to me. What I value. Dreams I have.
A map for my days. For my life. A promise to myself.
And the creation of it. The process. Is all a part of the becoming.
The world can move fast. And my thoughts can too. But, my life’s work is to remember. And so, i’ll do whatever it takes.
