About Me
I have always been obsessed with ‘life’. As a child I only wanted to watch television shows with ‘real’ people. Not animated ones.
I find myself in constant creation of my days. Wanting to create each day as the way I want to create my life. Each day representing how I want to live my life. Filled with what I care about the most and evidence of who I want to be.
What I always come back to when I think about who I want to be and how I want to spend my time is my habits.
Enter a new fascination. And enter a new reflection - why they are so hard to create.
Over the years I have struggled with creating and maintaining many habits. Working out, eating well, cleaning the house, doing laundry, flossing my teeth - to name a few. My mind can do a great job of keeping me where i’m most comfortable.
It’s easy to get down on yourself. And spend time putting yourself down. It’s overwhelming starting something new. Or having a setback.
After A LOT of trial and error over the past several years, and completing a course called Tiny Habits, I realized it wasn’t me - it was the process.
